• Arrive on time — lateness beyond 10 minutes may result in shortened or rescheduled service

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services at our discretion.

All prices indicated in the web site are before applicable taxes

 

6. Retail Orders & Ecommerce

We offer select products online and in-studio.

• Prices are in CAD and do not include taxes

• Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

• Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened or used products

• Buyer’s remorse

• Service dissatisfaction without prior notification

 

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promo codes:

• Are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash

• Expire based on terms indicated at time of purchase

• Cannot be combined unless otherwise stated

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your personal health when using our services or products.

• Inform your service provider of allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns

• Discontinue use of any product that causes irritation or discomfort

• We are not liable for adverse reactions occurring after product purchase or service completion
